Your problem: I did not receive the product!
My Solution: The product is sent immediately upon purchase. If it does not appear in your email box within a few minutes, then please check your SPAM folder, as it sometimes is routed there by aggressive email filters on your end. I receive a copy of every transaction, so if I got it, then you got it! Check twice before contacting me please!
Your problem: I can’t open the file you sent me!
My Solution: The file is a .zip that can be easily opened with most reasonably new Windows and Apple computers. Please follow these instructions:
Right click the file and select extract or unzip. If you have a program that automatically opens .zip files you might just have to click it and it will extract by itself. If your computer can not open the file (and this does happen with some devices), please download software that can extract the files to your device. Winzip is free and safe to download. (winzip.com) WinRAR (win-rar.com) and 7-Zip (7-zip.org) also work perfectly.
If you are having problems on an Apple computer or device using Apple OS, you can download and install The Unarchiver from theunarchiver.com This program is also free and safe for use on all Apple and OS devices. Alternately, you can use the Mac version of Winzip also to decompress the file. (winzip.com)

Your Problem: I get an Error on my module when I try to install Thunder.
My Solution: Errors occur when you forget to UPDATE your module. I mention this many times in the Thunder owner’s manual! Update your module, THEN install Thunder.
Your problems: I don’t know how to use my module!
I never read my owners manual and do not have any idea what I am doing!
I do not know where to find my owners manual!
I do not know how to update my module!
I do not know how to format my SD card.
My Solution: Read the Thunder Custom Kits manual completely before trying to install or use the product. Read your module owner’s manual for details on how to do everything else, including formatting your SD card, updating your module and performing various functions that you might want to utilize when using Thunder Custom Kits.
